PRESCHOOL OPEN GYM POLICIES
During Preschool Open Gym, Centre Elite Staff asks that you please abide by the following:
Please stay with your child while in the gym.
Children MUST land on their feet or bottom when jumping into the Pit.
One child at a time on the trampoline.
Parents/ Guardians are NOT permitted on the equipment- including the Pit and Trampoline. If you need assistance getting your child out of the Pit, please ask a staff member.
CLASS ENROLLMENT POLICIES
Class enrollment is completed on a first come, first serve basis. Spots in classes can only be held upon payment of the full year registration fee. Once enrolled in a class:
Payments are due by the 1st of each month by credit card, check, cash, automatic credit card or Automatic Bank Draft. If you chose to use the Automatic Bank Draft for payments, please visit the front desk to fill out the required form.
If you choose to withdrawal from your class we ask that you please give us notice prior to the 20th of the preceding month to avoid being charged the following month’s tuition. If notice is provided between the 20th and 31st of the month, you will be charged a $35 late withdrawal fee. Notifications received after the 1st of the month will result in the full months tuition being charged. No refunds will be given for late withdrawals.
All withdrawals from classes must be made in person at the front desk or via email- phone withdrawals will not be accepted.
Make-up classes MUST be approved and scheduled through the front office staff.
Snow make-ups will be communicated on an as needed basis.
We are trying to be green! All statements, general information and cancellations will be sent through email, posted on our website and Facebook page and posted in the gym.
CLASS MAKE-UP POLICY
Centre Elite Gymnastics understands that sometimes kids get sick, life gets busy, or things just come up unannounced. We want to ensure that all of our students get to participate in all of the classes that they want so we offer you the ability to make-up missed classes.
Two make-up classes per student, per semester are allowed. In order to be eligible for a make-up class:
Students account must be up to date with no past due balances.
Students absences must be called into the office.
Student must be actively enrolled in a class.
Semesters are:
Spring: January to June
Summer: June to August
Fall: August- December
All make-ups must be arranged through the Centre Elite Gymnastics front office. There are two ways to make-up a class:
Schedule a time through the office to attend the same or similar level class that is not full.
Receive a Free Open Gym pass. Free Open Gym passes can only be used during the designated Open Gym dates listed on the passes.
PUNCH CARD POLICY
All unused summer punch card punches can be used for scheduled make-ups during the summer semester or summer open gyms. A maximum of 2 unused summer punch card punch may be carried over into the fall session to be used towards Friday Night Open Gyms.
All unused Open Gym punch card punches can be carried over from one year to the next, however the annual membership forms MUST be filled out and the annual registration fee MUST be paid in order to use the punches in the next year.
CENTRE ELITE FITNESS MEMBERSHIP
Membership is not required to attend fitness classes ate Centre Elite. Membership to Centre Elite Fitness includes discounted Drop In and Punch Card rates as well as the opportunity to purchase unlimited Monthly Fitness. Yearly Membership to Centre Elite Fitness is $30 and renews automatically on the 1st of your anniversary month. Notification of non-renewal of Membership must be received no later than the 20th of the preceding month in writing via email or in person at the front desk in order to avoid being charged the yearly membership fee.
