is a 55 or 30 minute class that will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body– FAST! A breakthrough in resistance workout training, it focuses on low weight loads and high repetition movements so that you burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean muscle.
is a 55 or 30 minute class that combines moves and stances developed from a range of self-defense disciplines such as karate, boxing, Tai Chi and kickboxing. It is a fiercely energetic experience taught in a safe and simplistic manner. Designed to fight fat and kick calories, it is a great cardiovascular workout that’s all out fun!
is a 55 minute class that is the ultimate combination of dance and music! If you love to dance- there is no workout like BODYJAM™. You'll have so much fun dancing that you wont even realize that you are getting a KILLER workout!
FITNESS FLEX YOGA
is 60 minute yoga style class was specifically designed for our Centre Elite Fitness members. Set to motivating music, the class incorporates total body balance, stretching and core strengthening movements. Regular participation will enhance your current level of fitness and leave you feeling more energized, flexible and centered. Classes will be held on Mondays at 7:00pm starting April 8!

Les Mills™ CXWORX™ Virtual Classes
Exercising muscles around the core, providing the vital ingredient for a stronger body! Classes include work with resistance tubes, weight plates as well as body weight exercises like crunches and hovers. A complete core workout that hits your hips, butt and lower back as well! Les Mills™ BODYBALANCE™ Virtual Classes
A yoga based class that strengthens the entire body as you bend and stretch. Utilizes yoga moves and elements of Tai Chi and Pilates to have you leaving class feeling calm, centered and happy. Les Mills™ SH'BAM™ Virtual Classes

Les Mills™ GRIT™ Virtual Classes
30 minute high intensity interval training workouts that focus on Strength, Cardio or Plyometrics. Each class utilizes these specific focuses to help you gain muscle, build strength and increase cardiovascular fitness. Utilizing a combination of body weight exercises, weights and benches these 30 minutes classes provide the challenge and intensity you need to get results.
