2026-2027 School Year- Freestyle Fridays are HERE!!
Fridays 7:30pm - 8:45pm- Beginning September 4, 2026!
The school age Freestyle Fridays are designed for children ages 6 and up to spend time in the gym exploring the equipment, practicing skills they are working on during class and having fun. Freestyle Fridays are NOT a free-for-all and are not intended to be viewed as a fully instructed class. There will be set rotations, and SAFETY is the priority at Freestyle Fridays. The rules will be reviewed each night during stretch, and CEG staff will monitor events for safety. Please plan to arrive at 7:30pm sharp to join in on the group stretch and rule review.
Children under the age of 6 can join in on the fun as well but must be accompanied the entire time by a parent, guardian or caregiver at least 14 years old. You can make Freestyle Fridays a fun way to spend a family Friday night!
